What’s the solution for customer complain.




According to KINKONG’s customer feedback and analysis, the most common problems customers face are: 
1.Quantity or product type received did not match with quantity or type ordered. 
2.Customer's production process resulted in connector defects. 
3.Customer placed the wrong order or products. 
In order to minimize the risks of the above 3 situations occurring, please review the drawings with specification carefully, and reconfirm the buying samples before placing order. Please be advised that the aforementioned situations, 2 and 3 are beyond control of KINKONG; therefore, KINKONG will not be responsible for the replacement or refund of the orders resulting from these two situations.
